We'll discuss how retailers can leverage face recognition to transform the consumer experience. Although some retailers have experimented with in-store engagement, the effort has largely died due to technical hurdles and low engagement. We'll examine why face recognition, in tandem with AI-powered text chat bots powered by GPUs, is poised to drive real-time, contextually relevant engagement in ways never previously imagined.
